FutureCare – Training needs of the workforce
FutureCare – Training Needs Analysis of ‘Out of Hospital’ Workforce in Thames Valley
Bucks New University is scoping the workforce training needs of community/primary care to assist the transition to more integrated care. It is anticipated that the findings from this project will be used to inform organisational decisions and strategies for the development of a future workforce that is truly fit-for-purpose with the ability to provide integrated, person centred care, closer to home.
For this phase, the project is using an online questionnaire to collect data from clinicians and practitioners that have a community health or primary health focus to their role – including health care assistants, practice nurses, pharmacists, GPs and community medics, but not receptionists at this point.
The questionnaire will be live throughout April and is available here: https://bucks.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/health-education-thames-valley-training-needs-analysis
