ImprovementX presentations available

ImprovementX was the flagship event series (30 January to 3 February 2017) of the UK Improvement Alliance, a network of organisations dedicated to improving health and care.

The series included a number of virtual sessions which are now available on the UK Improvement Alliance You Tube channel. Involving leading improvers, innovators and thinkers. The sessions included  Engaging staff in change, Developing People, Improving Care, Improvement as friendship,  Cutting edge collaboration in clinical communities.
