Priorities for the new government

Meanwhile, in his speech to the Kings Fund, the Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt,  has announced two new priorities for the government – a new national strategy on reducing Diabetes/Obesity (in particular childhood obesity) and a focus on General Practice and finding a way of “empowering general practice”.
