Social Prescribing – a webinar

The NHS England team working on Social Prescribing are hosting a webinar describing their work, with input from a Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE)  partner on the way they are involved in social prescribing and some of the benefits that have been seen by patients.

The webinar will be held on 11 July 2018, from 10am – 11am.
