Spreading innovation and improvement webinar 18 January

Health care improvement is not only about finding innovative solutions to the challenges facing the health service, but also how to ensure these solutions are taken up successfully across the NHS. Challenging traditional ways of thinking, a recent report from The Health Foundation, ‘The Spread Challenge‘, argues that programmes to spread innovation and improvement should support those adopting an idea developed elsewhere, as well as innovators.

A webinar exploring the challenges explored in the report, and with tips on how to support the effective uptake of new ideas, will be held on Friday 18 January 2019, 12.30 – 13.30.
