The Oxford Health Covid vaccination centre at Broad Street Mall in Reading will be offering walk-in second doses of the Pfizer vaccine from Monday 6 September to people aged 18 and over.  The site already offers walk-ins for those who have not had a first dose vaccination.

Tehmeena Ajmal, Oxford Health’s director of Covid operations, said: “The best way to protect yourself and others from Covid is to get vaccinated and we are pleased to be able to make it even easier for people to get their jab.

“People can still book appointments at our centre in the Mall through the national booking system, but by also offering walk-ins we are making it even more convenient for anyone who is in already in Reading town centre and wants to pop in.”

The second dose walk-in opportunity is for anyone who had their first jab at least eight weeks ago. Opening hours for walk ins are 9.30am-7.00pm every day.
