The Bridge Building Service is an Oxfordshire mental health countywide service, which service users can access through the Community Acute Service (Crisis Team or Crisis Day Services).  There are 3 services offered by the Bridge Building Service, 1) Art Therapy 2) Return to Work: support to help service users who have a current contract of employment to return to their job following a period of sick leave 3) Social Inclusion: support to help service users to access mainstream community facilities and activities i.e. joining the gym, attending courses, starting voluntary work. 

Service user’s opinions are very important to us and we hope to achieve a good response rate, and would very much appreciate service users taking time to complete the survey.  We would like service users to complete the survey for each part of the service they have accessed as we are reviewing the 3 aspects of the service separately.  The surveys are between 9 or 10 questions long and we estimate they would take approx 10 minutes to complete.
