Team award
You can nominate any team, no matter how big or small or what their role.
Your nomination will need to showcase how the team’s work or achievement supports the Trust values and/or strategic objectives, with a focus on patient and care outcomes.
The judges will score the nominations against how they:
- embody the Trust vision of Outstanding Care by an Outstanding Team
- embody the Trust values of Caring, Safe and Excellent
- support the Trust mission to be the Best Trust of our kind in the country
- support the Trust strategic objectives to deliver the best possible care and health outcomes; be a great place to work; make the best use of our resources and protect the environment; and become a leader in healthcare research and education.

What happens next?
The nominations will be considered monthly by a panel from of Oxford Health executive team.
The winning team will be presented with a prize of:
- £100 voucher
- a framed certificate
- an engraved glass trophy
Winners will also be celebrated on our website, social media, publications and by a press release to selected media.
