Community centred approaches to health improvement

PHE  and Health Education England have  produced new e-learning focusing on community-centred approaches to health improvement. Module one covers the evidence and theory on why and how communities matter for health and what approaches work. Module two involves practical exercises to apply the knowledge in practice and to help develop strategic and practical plans for taking community-centred approaches forward within local places and organisations.

Both modules are available free to NHS staff on the E-Learning for Health (eLfH) platform.
