Delivering patient services online

NHS England has published an interactive Patient Online Support and Resources Guide to help general practices deliver patient services online.

Developed in partnership with the RCGPs it aims to help general practices implement their 2014/15 GMS/PMS contractual requirements of online booking of appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions and access to summary information held in patients’ records.
