End of Life Care for Pharmacists

The  Oxford Centre for Education and Research in Palliative Care (OxCERPC) are presenting a one day End of Life Care workshop for registered pharmacists in any practice or setting. Centred around the NICE Quality Standard for Care of the Dying Adult in Last Days of Life the day will cover:

• Management of symptoms at end of life,
• Difficult conversations,
• Use of syringe pumps and the subcutaneous route,
• Opioid conversions,
• Deprescribing

End of Life Care for Pharmacists will be held on 27 March 2020 at Sobell Study Centre, Oxford.
