Foundations of OD in Primary Care

Foundations of OD in Primary Care is a new 3-day programme from the Kent, Surrey and Sussex and Thames Valley and Wessex NHS Leadership Academy. It is for primary care colleagues, especially practice managers, who find themselves needing to lead change efforts in their own practices and beyond –and who want to broaden their own understanding of OD and how they can apply it to their work to enable them to manage change more effectively.
