Freedom to Speak up month
New e-learning resources and an induction film to support NHS staff who want to raise concerns on issues such as patient safety are to be launched by Health Education England during national Speak up Month.
The e-learning programme is divided into three parts ”Speak Up”, “Listen Up”, “Follow Up” and aims to support staff in raising concerns on issues such as inappropriate treatment, bullying harassment or poor behaviours.
