Higher Development Award for HealthCare Assistants

The Higher Development Award is a personal development programme for Health Care Support Workers in Wessex. The programme aims to build on personal skills of support workers in Band 2 or Band 3 roles who have either completed an apprenticeship or NVQ some time ago, or for those seeking to improve their confidence in their current roles.
