RCGP and NHS England workshops on Patient Online

The Royal College of GPs has teamed up with NHS England to show how to use GP online services, as part of a person-centred approach to care, that empowers patients and carers. The workshop will use clinical exemplars (diabetes, dementia, inflammatory arthritis and end of life care) to show how records access can help patients and  their carers to take greater management of their long-term conditions. There will also be practical examples of how GP online services have been used to support forward planning and how it can be used in practices.
