RCGP / PMA partnership

The RCGP has partnered with the Practice Manager Association (PMA), an ILM and City & Guilds Approved Centre and provider in primary care workforce development, offering ILM Level 3 and Level 5 Diplomas in Leadership and Management. There is an option for everyone, regardless of current levels of experience. All trainers are experts in their fields, and when successfully completed credits can be used towards a BSc or MSc.

Courses include:

• PMA GP Assistant Practice Manager (level 3)
• PMA GP Practice Manager (level 5)
