The education and training of nurses and care assistants: have your say

‘How can we ensure the education and training of nurses and care assistants’ is fit for purpose to support them in delivering high quality care over the next 10-15 years?’ is the critical question for The Shape of Caring Review

Do you have something to say about the role of the care assistant? Assuring high quality practice learning environments? Widening opportunities for care assistants’ career progression? Assuring predictable and sustainable access for ongoing learning and development for registered nurses?

Health Education England is looking for practical examples on these and other themes, plus soft intelligence and evidence to inform its report.
