Oxford Health Staff Awards – nominations now open

Nominations for the Oxford Health Staff Awards 2024 are now open and will close 31st March.

The Trust’s Staff Awards will be held on 19th June 2024 and this year there are two awards that staff, patients and carers can vote for online.

These are:

Co-production Award (Voted for by staff, patients, carers, and families)

Criteria:  The Improving Patient Experience Award gives you the opportunity to recognise the outstanding care and support given to you, by a member of staff or a team, that you feel has made a real difference to your experience. Individuals should demonstrate the following:

  • They delivered excellent care.
  • They go the extra mile to communicate with you around your treatment.
  • Treated with kindness and respect.

Improving Patient’s Experience Award (voted for by patients, carers, and families)

Criteria: Co-production is built on the principle that those who receive a service are best placed to help design and improve it. We value and welcome patients, service users and carers who through their lived experience supports the trust to make better lived experience informed services and interventions. This award invites either staff or service users, patients or carers to nominate a project or activity that has been co-produced and meets the following criteria.

  • Shows collaborative working between service users, patients or carers and the Oxford Health services.
  • Committed to ongoing improvements for patients, service users and carers.
  • Reflects on lived experience to help and contribute toward improved service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Acts with Kindness and Respect.
  • Demonstrates inclusivity.
