Three Oxford Health employees have made it to the finals of the Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards.

Oxford Health is proud to have three finalists in the Special Recognition Award, Advanced Apprentice of the Year and Apprenticeship Champion Award categories.

This evening, May 6 from 7pm you will be able to watch the virtual event live via the OxLEP website. Link here.

Oxford Health are committed to supporting people through the apprenticeship programme and helping people discover what future career opportunities are available to them.

Our 3 finalists are:

Becky Elsworth, apprenticeship manager, has been nominated for an Apprenticeship Champion Award.

Susan Halliwell, health care assistant has been nominated for a Special Recognition Award.

Jane Szluha, reception and administration manager at Luther Street has been nominated for an Advance Apprentice Award.

Becky Elsworth, Apprenticeship Manager, said: “I’m so humbled by the nomination from my team but also immensely proud of what the team has achieved. These nominations reflect the hard work, determination, and dedication that everyone puts in to making these programmes successful.

“My team and our apprentices are exceptional, and these qualifications are quickly becoming an essential part of our career development opportunities.”

Jane Szluha, reception and administration manager, said: “To be able to learn, no matter how small, how big, how relevant, is a gift more precious than gold. Learning is a gift we have been fortunate enough to be given.”

These awards are all about celebrating apprentices, employers and business leaders across Oxfordshire who have benefited from an exciting apprenticeship programme and who have excelled in their own unique way.
