QNI PCN leadership training

Leadership, in particular the role of the Clinical Director, is key to the success of Primary Care Networks going forward. The Queen’s Nursing Institute (QNI) has developed a bespoke programme for people taking up the role of PCN Clinical Director based on the leadership programmes that the charity has delivered in recent years. The programme is fourteen days duration in total and will be delivered as a combination of residential and study days over six months.
