Who we are

Home icon

Our dedicated team is made up of a psychiatrist, community psychiatric nurses, a clinical psychologist, nursery nurses, social workers, peer support workers and an administrator.

These healthcare professionals will work with you to develop a plan to meet your health and social care needs.

You may be allocated a key worker and if you need social care support they will assess your needs.

An  assessment of psychiatric needs and how it impacts on physical and social and wellbeing will be carried out. This will determine how best we can provide care and support to meet your agreed outcomes.

The Team includes

  • Consultant psychiatrist (yet to be appointed)
  • Team manager / Deputy team manager
  • Clinical psychologist
  • Perinatal mental health clinicians
  • Social Workers
  • Nursery nurses
  • Peer support workers
  • Administrators
